I write to express my satisfaction and appreciation of the GT Radial Tyres you recommended and fitted to my Mercedes Benz recently. The car has travelled over 500,000 kms now and has had about eight sets of tyres on it over that period and there is no doubt in my mind that these tyres are the best I've ever fitted.
The ride is excellent, the handling is excellent, the quietness, is excellent and your balancing of those tyres is the best I've ever had. The price was also the cheapest I've ever paid for this size of tyre.
I have had Michelin, Toyo, Bridgestone, BF Goodrich, and Pirelli on this car before, however, these GT Radials I believe to be the best I've had.
It was just wonderful to deal with a local crew that when it comes to Customer Service, they have it hands down. Honest, reliable and true to their word. It's all too often that we only hear about complaints, but not this time. I wish to nominate the owners and staff from One Stop Tyre & Automotive in Yamba for some sort of Customer Service Award. I have an old car, a 1993 Ford Laser and it was due for a service and I asked them to check the tyres. They advised me I should put a new set of tyres on my car.
I could not beleive the difference to the ride that a new set of tyres could deliver, I am only too happy to recommend your brand of GT Radial tyres and One Stop Tyre & Automotive as number one.
